Product Description and Application

GH5605 is a Co-Cr-Ni-based solid solution strengthening type deformation high temperature alloy, the use temperature is below 1000 degrees Celsius. Cobalt-based superalloy GH5605 is a cobalt-based alloy with 20% Cr and 15% W (mass percentage) solid solution strengthening. It has moderate durability and creep strength below 815 ℃, excellent oxidation resistance below 1090 ℃, and satisfactory forming and welding process properties. It is a key material for aero engines, rocket engines, ships and industrial gas turbines. Its development and production status is one of the signs of the development level of metal materials in a country. It is used to manufacture aero engine guide blades, turbine outer rings, outer walls, swirlers and high-temperature parts such as sealing sheets.
