Product Description and Application
GH3600 is a Ni-Cr-Fe-based solid solution strengthening deformation high temperature alloy, which has good thermal strength and high plasticity below 800 ℃, and good high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 1000 ℃. The alloy is stable in long-term use, and has excellent cold and hot processing, welding performance and low temperature mechanical properties. The alloy may be strengthened by cold working and may be joined by resistance welding, fusion welding or brazing. Suitable for the production of 700 ℃ ~ 800 ℃ below the engine combustion chamber, and 1100 ℃ below the low load under the anti-oxidation parts. The main products are cold-rolled sheet, hot-rolled thick plate, strip, wire, bar, pipe, round cake, ring billet and ring forgings.
GH3600 has been used to make rocket engine nozzle extension, aeroengine high-pressure compressor, static inner and outer ring, high-pressure guide blade orifice plate, sealing plate, etc. And in the petrochemical industry, nuclear reactors, chemical food equipment and electronic components and other fields for the production of exhaust pipes, carburizing containers, heat treatment equipment roller, springs, heat exchanger pipes, reactor control rods and pipes and other parts.
GH3600 has good corrosion resistance in fresh water and flowing seawater, and corrosion spots may occur in still seawater. High corrosion resistance to various exhaust gases, alkaline solutions and most organic acids and compounds. It is not easy to produce stress corrosion cracking of chloride ion, but it is easy to produce stress corrosion cracking under the condition of high concentration caustic alkali or high temperature mercury.
