Product Description and Application

GH3536 is a Ni-Cr-Fe-based solid solution strengthening type deformation of high temperature alloy, in the casting use of the corresponding brand K4536. The alloy has moderate durability and creep strength below 900 ℃; it has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, good cold and hot working formability and welding performance. It is suitable for manufacturing components such as aero-engine combustion chambers that are used for a long time below 900°C, as well as high-temperature components that are used for a short time at a working temperature of up to 1080°C. The main products are plates, strips, pipes, bars, forgings, ring parts and precision castings.

GH3536 has been widely used in foreign aircraft engines and civil industries. China has been used in the manufacture of aero-engine combustion chamber components, honeycomb structures, diffusers, tail nozzles and other hot end components.
