Product Description and Application

GH3030 is a solid solution reinforced high-temperature alloy with simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800 ℃, and good oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process performance. The alloy is single-phase austenite after solid solution treatment, and the structure is stable during use. Can withstand large stress in high temperature (600~1100 ℃) oxidizing atmosphere and gas corrosion conditions for long-term use. For the production of aviation, aerospace engine hot end components, used in industrial gas turbines, energy, chemical and other industrial sectors of high temperature corrosion resistant materials.
