Product Description and Application

3J40 is a precipitation-strengthened nickel-based alloy, which has good plasticity and easy processing in the solid solution state, and obtains high mechanical and elastic properties after cold processing and aging treatment at large strain rate. The alloy can also be strengthened by aging after solid solution. 3J40 is a Ni-Cr-Al alloy with a chromium content of up to 40% and excellent corrosion resistance. 3J40 has the characteristics of high hardness, strength, elastic limit, energy storage ratio, fatigue strength, small elastic hysteresis and aftereffect, non-magnetic, good wear resistance, shock resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and so on. The alloy has excellent oxidation resistance. It has high corrosion resistance to damp heat, smoke environment, acid, alkali and other media. Mainly used in aviation, navigation, artillery and other fields of bearings, shaft point.
