Product Description and Application

1J22 has high saturation magnetic induction intensity; it is suitable for manufacturing aircraft and instrument components that require small size and light weight. In the existing soft magnetic materials, the alloy has the highest saturation magnetic induction intensity (2.4T), the Curie point is also very high (980 ℃), and the saturation magnetostriction coefficient is the largest (60~100 × 10-6). Due to the high saturation magnetic induction intensity, in the production of the same power of the motor, can greatly reduce the volume, in the electromagnet, in the same cross-sectional area can produce a large suction force. Due to the high Curie point, the alloy can work at higher temperatures where other soft magnetic materials have been completely demagnetized, and maintain good magnetic stability.
