Product Description and Application

The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media in the oxidized and reduced state. Excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. The alloy is suitable for various chemical process industries containing oxidizing and reducing media. Corrosion resistant C276 high temperature alloy plate has a higher content of molybdenum and chromium to make the alloy resistant to chloride ion erosion, tungsten element also further improves its corrosion resistance. C276 is one of only a few materials that can resist the corrosion of wet chlorine, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solutions. The alloy has significant corrosion resistance to high concentration chlorinated salt solutions (such as ferric chloride and copper chloride).
