Product Description and Application

The Cr content in Incoloy800 nickel-base alloy is usually 15-25%, the nickel content is 30-45%, and contains small amounts of aluminum and titanium. Compared with the Incoloy 800 alloy, the content of carbon is controlled from less than or equal to 0.1 to 0.05-0.1%, which improves the strength of the steel better. The alloy has high chromium content and sufficient nickel content, so it has high temperature corrosion resistance and is widely used in industry. In chloride, low concentration NaOH aqueous solution and high temperature and high pressure water, it has excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance, so it is used to manufacture equipment resistant to stress corrosion cracking.
