Product Description and Application

GH5188 is a Co-Ni-Cr-based solid solution strengthening deformation high temperature alloy, the use temperature is less than 1100 degrees C. GH5188 adding w(W)14% of tungsten for solid solution strengthening, so that the alloy has good comprehensive properties; adding a higher content of chromium and trace, so that the alloy has good high temperature oxidation resistance. GH5188 has good cold and hot processing plasticity and welding process performance, suitable for the production of below 980 ℃ requirements of high strength and below 1100 ℃ requirements of anti-oxidation of aircraft engine parts. The main products are cold-rolled sheet, hot-rolled plate, bar, forging and wire, etc.

GH5188 has been used in the production of aero-engine combustion chamber flame tube, guide blades and other high-temperature components, batch production and use in good condition. Similar alloys are also widely used in high-temperature components of gas turbines and missiles abroad, such as combustion chambers, exhaust nozzles, and heat exchangers in the nuclear energy industry. In the manufacturing process of GH5188 plate processing parts, any process (such as heat treatment, welding, etc.) should prevent carburizing and copper pollution, so as not to damage the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy. The corrosion resistance of the alloy plate is better than that of GH3536 alloy.
