Product Description and Application

GH4145 is a Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformation high temperature alloy, mainly y phase as the aging precipitation strengthening phase, the use temperature is below 800 degrees C. GH4145 has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980 ℃, high strength below 800 ℃, good creep resistance below 700 ℃, and good relaxation resistance below 540 ℃. GH4145 also has good formability and welding performance. Its main products include plate, strip, bar, profile, forging, ring, wire and pipe.

GH4145 has been used to manufacture parts such as ring parts, structural parts and bolts that work below 800 ℃ and require high strength and corrosion resistance, plane wave springs, circumferential coil springs, helical compression springs, spring collars and sealing rings that work below 540 ℃ and have medium or low stress and require relaxation resistance, and for manufacturing parts such as gas turbine blades. GH4145 can be subjected to various welds after annealing or solution treatment. The heat treatment of the parts should be carried out in a neutral or reducing atmosphere without sulfur to avoid vulcanization. Parts should avoid "hot and cold" treatment between 870 ℃ and 650 ℃. For parts with large cross-section, in order to prevent cracks, they should be cooled in air after solution treatment.
