Product Description and Application

GH2132 alloy is an iron-chromium-nickel-based high-temperature alloy, adding molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace boron to strengthen, high degree of alloying, poor thermal conductivity, resulting in high cutting temperature, cutting force, work hardening serious, especially the alloy hard point, tool wear is serious, cutting processing costs are high. At present, carbide cutting tools are basically used for processing, which requires high dimensional accuracy and roughness. At present, most of the alloy bolts and screws are formed by hot upsetting, and a small amount of them are formed by cold upsetting. They have high yield strength and long-lasting and creep strength below 650°C, and have good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. Examples of uses: high-temperature load-bearing parts of aero engines that work for a long time below 650°C, such as turbine discs.
