Product Description and Application

GH3625 is a Ni-Cr-based solid solution strengthening type deformation high temperature alloy, with chromium, molybdenum and niobium as the main solid solution strengthening elements, the highest use temperature of 950 degrees C. The alloy has good tensile strength and fatigue resistance from low temperature to 980 ℃, and has good processing and welding performance. The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and is resistant to stress corrosion in salt spray atmosphere. Widely used in the manufacture of aircraft engine parts, aerospace structural components and chemical equipment. The main products are plate, bar, pipe, wire, strip and forgings.

GH3625 has been used in the manufacture of aviation and aerospace engine casings, guide vanes, mounting edges and cylinders, fuel manifold and other components. GH3625 no matter in the marine atmosphere or in the non-marine atmosphere, the corrosion rate is very small, anti-seawater corrosion ability is very good. GH3625 resistance to various salt solution corrosion, good resistance to nitric acid and phosphoric acid corrosion capacity. It also has considerable resistance to corrosion of hydrochloric acid and low concentrations of sulfuric acid heated to the boiling point below. The alloy has a certain aging hardening phenomenon after long-term use at 550 ℃ ~ 700 ℃, which can lead to some decrease in the plasticity of the alloy.
